No. You can begin with an early idea, personal passion, experience, message, cause, ministry vision, or desire to create something meaningful.

What if I have several different ideas?

That is completely fine. Share the ideas you are considering and explain what attracts you to each. Part of the purpose is helping identify the strongest direction.

Is this only for people who want to make money?

No. Your vision may be a business, ministry, community, personal brand, nonprofit, cause, educational platform, support group, or creative project.

Do I need technical, design, or marketing experience?

No. The questions are about your experiences, ideas, interests, audience, and goals. You are not expected to understand websites, software, branding, or marketing.

How to Reclaim Your Energy After Years of Playing Small

Let’s be real.
For too long, you’ve been dimming your light just to make other people comfortable.
You’ve been biting your tongue so you wouldn’t offend.
You’ve been shrinking yourself so you’d fit into places you were never meant to belong in the first place.

And after years of doing this, you wake up drained.
Not because you don’t have energy — but because your energy has been scattered everywhere but yourself.

This is your wake-up call.
It’s time to reclaim what’s yours.
It’s time to stop playing small.

So why do we do it? Why do we shrink when we were made to expand?

Because somewhere along the way, you learned that being too much was dangerous.
That speaking your truth would cause rejection.
That shining too brightly would make people leave.

So you adapted. You learned how to play small, how to please, how to take up less space.
And for a while, it kept you safe.
But safety at the cost of your soul isn’t safety at all.
It’s self-abandonment.

And the longer you do it, the more you start forgetting who you really are.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you:
Playing small doesn’t just rob the world of your gifts.

Third, you start saying “no” without explaining yourself.
No is a full sentence.
You don’t need a three-paragraph essay to justify honoring yourself.

And most importantly, you have to believe that your light was never a mistake.
God didn’t give you your gifts, your voice, your presence, just for you to bury it under shame.

Here’s the truth:
When you reclaim your energy, people will notice.
Some will celebrate you. Others will resist it — because your light will expose where they’re still hiding in darkness.

And that’s okay.
You weren’t meant for everyone.
You weren’t created to be small enough to fit into everyone’s expectations.

You were created to shine.
To expand.
To walk in the fullness of who you are.

And yes, reclaiming your energy will mean losing some people. But the people you lose are the ones who benefitted from you playing small. Let them go.
